When it comes down to it, the web is full of informative, helpful and downright scary sites about how to get fitter.
Most of them are geared to ‘beginners’ who are still waaaay fitter than we were – so we thought:
“I bet we aren’t the only people who think squat challenges are hard.”
And we set out to record the true ups and downs on the road to fitness. We’re various ages, heights, weights and lifestyles – but we’re all friends and we’re all heading to the same goal.
This isn’t going to be a technical site on HOW to get fit. We’re attacking this from different angles and using different methods, but we hope that our stories, failures and victories show that it’s not always about pushing yourself as hard as possible!
